Today i made rice pilaff with sesame oil and soya sauce, sautéed mushrooms onions and wilting greens and made a sweet salty sauce with maple syrup, soya sauce, balsamic, black pepper and green onion. Earlier i had put a cake in the oven, made with wheat and quinoa flour, cocoa, cashews, a banana, soy mylk, almonds, vanilla, s and bp. I melted chocolate and blended with cashews, maple and mylk, and toasted some cashews and tossed them in maple syrup, cinnamon and salt for the top crumble, and a layer in the cake.
I’m so excited to try it, but am so full from dinner. I also never bake for myself an this one is all for me (and some friends. Its a lot of cake!)
